Unfortunately, it is not possible to alter your stand package within the webshop. If you wish to make changes to the number of square meters or the package itself, please reach out directly to Veine dagen.

Yes, you are allowed to decorate your shell scheme stand with your own materials. However, it is mandatory to remove all decoration materials immediately at the end of the event including fixings and residue.These materials must not cause any damage to the shell scheme panels. In the event of damage or the need for cleaning, the exhibitor will be charged €95 per damaged panel.
 

All graphics and furniture/storage/extras should be selected and paid for within this platform, orders cannot be taken or paid for elsewhere – please note deadlines as per below:
Deadline of ordering graphics - 26 March 2026 and submitting graphics until 30 March 2026.
